Swan started in 1954 when two accountants commenced the business of Swan Hardware Supplies in the front room of their practice at 391 Swan Street, Richmond (hence the name “Swan Hardware”).
Swan Plumbing Supplies is a privately owned company that currently has stores in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and has been supplying the Australian consumer with plumbing and bathroom products for over 50 years. Swan Plumbing Supplies outlets provide service to both trade and retail customers. The Swan Group of companies consists of the Swan Plumbing Supplies brand, the Swan Homebase brand and the Builders Renovators Warehouse brand.
The Swan Homebase store in Melbourne is the flagship showroom store for the Swan group.
